Prevention for our Cells

Folks, Health starts from within. each cell performs a function. The proper nutrients are

essential for them to do their job.

You can choose to emphasize the importance of cellular health by adopting productive behaviors that not only speed the healing process but also reduce the erosion of mind and body aging. Or you can adopt poor health behaviors that encourage illness and injury and deal with the negative results later.

The first view is "preventive". The second view is "damage control". It is always easier to prevent a problem than to try to fix it after it has become a problem, especially when it has to do with quality of life and one's health.

Again , for common-sense approach to Cellular Health and Health in general, were here to assist.

7 Essential Lifestyle Changes To Make

Yes, these very common sense things we understand, or do we?

Here they are again..

1. We must incorporate Lifestyle changes, be convinced of it, before we will
try to implement any.

2. Stop Smoking..A No brainer. I've never smoked, I've never walked in your shoes
however you and I each know you must quit. Go get help. Incorporate some
type of program to start. if it doesn't work, get another. Don't give up!

3. Exercise 3 times a week. The simpliest is Walking. Try it. 30 minutes 3-4 times a
week. You've got the time, don't fool yourself. No one is this busy, and if you are, better read
point number 1 again.

4. Drink Water throughout the day. Substitute a good quality Green Tea for coffee, and
drink one glass of a hearty Burgandy Red Wine after work or 2 hours before bedtime.
Limit your coffee intake to a one 12oz cup/day.

5. Lose weight, if need be. Who doesn't right? This is a lifestyle eating change Folks.

itself.

TRY AT LEAST A COUPLE OF THESE, You'll be amazed at what you can do if you try.

We've Missed You..We Apologize

Were human, we've been extremely busy, and life has been treating us fairly well. The Economic downturn hasn't affected us, thankfully much at all. I know that cannot be said for everyone. If your one of the affected, we hope your circumstances change.

But one thing has changed in our lives, both Cheryl and I have backsled into some bad eating habits, have put on quite a few pounds, and we both are feeling the effects.

There is no excuse for it other than we became very complacent, and thought we could get by with this type of attitude toward our health. Well, you cannot!

We will be informing you were we are, and what were going to do about it. Stay tuned.

Improvement Continued

We seen the Podiatrist today.  Cheryl's toe , and Charcot Foot are just fine.  We also are happy to report her blood pressure today was 125/73, this after working all night.  We  have succeeded in  eliminating her need for blood pressure medication.  This primarily because of her diet change, and supplementation.  We will however, monitor everyday, but one med eliminated.

Were now more aggressively dealing with her Diabetic condition.  Were utilizing supplementation, and a few trace minerals good for Blood Sugar control.  We believe we will be successful, primarily because none of her blood sugar control system seems to be broken.  Stay tuned, good news to continue  Bob & Cheryl

Some Success To Report

We are happy to report, we have successfully succeeded in eliminating Cheryl's dependence on the Blood Pressure pill she was prescribed.  We have been very closely monitoring this.  Last week she had a reading of 117/68.  It's consistently in the 115-120/70-80 range all the time.  Therefore, we will continue to monitor each day.  Folk's, the body in most cases will respond.  Prescription meds simply do not address  the root cause of the medical conditions.
